Couples & families
Therapy for pairs.
Our work is not about deciding who’s right. It’s about making the pattern visible to both of you, so it stops feeling like weather and becomes something you can act on. A pair might be a couple, a parent and their teen or adult child, siblings, co-founders, or simply any two people whose lives are arranged around each other. In my practice, couples and family work is its own treatment; I’m glad to collaborate with individual therapists or coaches.
